Ever since I visited Kansas in the fall, I was mesmerized by the prairie grasses waving in the light. They sparkled with gold and held such beautiful fall colors of amber and red-orange. I have been trying to recreate those images in my artwork ever since. I hope you like this attempt at recreating the spectacle of the prairie grasses. Prairie Grasses was created with acrylic paint on canvas paper.
